    ⚠️ Unboxing Video Requirement

    Refunds are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, and only when accompanied by a complete, unedited unboxing video. The video must start before the parcel is opened and continue without cuts through the full unboxing, clearly showing the damaged item. Claims submitted without this unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds apply only to products that arrive physically damaged (e.g. broken ceramic, leaking paint, missing components due to shipping damage).
    • A complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the damage — no exceptions.
    • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel to be eligible.
    • Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect color expectations, or normal wear from use.

After verification, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds or replacements are not available for:
